[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The ShuUemura Izumi tonic strengthening shampoo has defiantly helped my hair with breakage and giving it so much more volume. Still looks a little dull after each use but overall it’s great and would definitely buy it again along with entire line!

Silky and Smooth Hair

As someone with fine and breakable hair, I’ve loved the Izumi Tonic Strengthening Shampoo. It smells wonderful, has a great lather, and leaves my hair feeling so clean and soft.

So far just a nice shampoo

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The shampoo is nice but honestly I feel like to notice a difference in your hair after using a product like this you need to use the whole system for over 30 days. It smells nice and rinses clean and lathers nice but I haven’t noticed anything from using it yet.

Your hair will feel like silk, but...

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Pleasant smell, and made my hair extra shiny and silky soft, but made my scalp itchy and really dry for some reason! I didn't notice the hair fall slowing down or stopping either! So, on a positive side I feel like it's going to help a person who's looking to manage their hair (curls or coarse hair), but not for fixing major issues maybe! Overall it's a nice shampoo, but not for this price! Thank you so much #Influenster for sending me this product to try, appreciate the attention!

Very effective on thick curly manes

I received a sample of ShuUemura izumi tonic strengthening shampoo from #influenster for my honest feedback. I had never used this type of product before but thought best to test it on my teenage daughter’s hair. She has very thick and naturally curly long hair and going through the phase of trying all the products and styles on. As you can see in the first photo, her hair easily can become a tangly monster with layers of product built up. Using the tonic shampoo worked wonders at removing the grime and residue in between washes leaving her hair silky smooth and easier to manage than ever before. I plan to continue using this product for the both of us and highly recommend giving it a try. #influenster

Works really well!

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Small but mighty bottle of a really good shampoo! It cleanses very well without drying. My hair does feel stronger after a month of use. A little amount goes a long way and it suds up incredibly. The smell is a little too much but not offensive. If you’ve used East Asian products before it should be familiar and comforting. I will definitely repurchase.

I have fine, long, bleached hair that gets weighed down easily and can get greasy quickly, so I’m always looking for a shampoo that can strengthen my hair, reduce breakage, and keep it feeling soft and healthy without adding heaviness. This shampoo has quickly become a favorite because it really delivers. The fresh, spa-like scent makes washing my hair feel like a luxurious experience, and it leaves my hair smelling amazing without being overpowering. The lightweight, gentle formula doesn’t dry my hair out or weigh it down, and I can go longer in between washes. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed my hair feels stronger, more resilient, and much more manageable. I’ve been using the Shu Uemura Izumi Tonic Shampoo for several weeks, and the difference in hair strength is noticeable. It has a very lightweight feel when washing, but it cleans deeply without stripping or making the scalp tight. My hair dries smoother with less breakage around the ends, and it pairs especially well with a simple conditioner. The scent is clean and subtle, not heavy. If you’re dealing with fragile strands or regular heat styling, this feels like a strengthening shampoo that actually does something

Clean and gentle

That I am postpartum, I appreciate that this is a shampoo made for fragile hair. Overall, it cleans my hair and does not leave a thick residue. I do wash twice to be able to get out of the shower feeling like I have a clean scalp.

Smells good.

This shampoo smells good & gives me a good clean wash. I feel like it really helps strengthen my hair from the inside out. It is fairly expensive, so Im not sure I would go out of my way to purchase it, but it was good to recieve it & review it.
