Caused breakouts

Caused breakouts on my face in areas I haven't broken out since I was a teenager. Using it up as a body treatment. The smell is not overwhelming and dissipates quickly.

Heartbroken & Confidence down the drain.

If I could give this product zero stars, I would, I've had clear skin for years. I decided to include this toner in my routine since the ordinary products usually work well with my skin, not even after two weeks of just using this toner, my cheeks and jaw and chin broke out in hundreds of bumps. I don't even know what they are, but it accidentally ruined my confidence as someone who's been told they have nice skin for years. I currently have a hard time looking in the mirror. I was so in shock that this happened to me. I've haven't left the house. I've been skipping class. The bumps stopped as soon as I stopped using this toner. Mind you, I've only used this toner for a week for two weeks before this happened and my skin was clear for years before using this toner. I'm honestly heartbroken and don't know what to do.

Saccharomyces Ferment 30% Milky Toner 😍

This has replaced one of my staple toners. I am a 45 year old, African-American woman who is VERY serious about her skin care regimen. Over the years, I have diligently tested many products and believed that I had my favorites locked down... oh, DECIEM you (abnormally) beautiful company 😍 how you have surprised me. Over the years my rotation of toners has been rose water, witch hazel and a little breeze of the sea. 😊 This product has won a spot on my shelf, replacing my beloved witch hazel due to the amount of moisture and glow it gives my skin. I have been using this products since I received my (annual 😊) SLOWVEMBER order for 2025. I am truly enamored. This is a great addition to The Ordinary's collection. 👏🏾 Bravo! DECIEM 👏🏾 Bravo!

HORRIBLE ACNE FROM USING THIS SCAM!!!!

I was SO EXCITED to use this product after giving up the Rhode glaring milk due to its high comedogenic ingredient "Coconut Alkanes". This product is marketed for ACNE PRONE SKIN, so I was keen to try. This product is however highly deceptive and gave me terrible bumps all over my face as it contains Myristyl, which is highly comedogenic (pore-clogging). Please do not market comedogenic products for acne prone skin.

Glow in a bottle

Gave me a super good glow once my skin adjusted to it, very light, enjoy that it comes in a glass bottle makes it feel extra fancy

Not for me

Not sure if I was allergic to something in it, but it made me break out in hives. I stopped using it then brought it back into my routine, same thing happened.

Still trying to get used to this product, but so far, I agree with the majority of these reviews!

Solid product, unsatisfactory design

Product is ok. It’s quite moisturising, which is good for winter. The problem I have is however is with the design of the bottle lid. The edge of the lid is quite sharp, I cut my finger twice because of it. I’d recommend using a different material/ design.

This product is clean and makes skin feel great. Super refreshing!

Lush & heavenly, far from ordinary

This is just lovely on the skin, exactly as it sounds milky, not striping. After using zillions of products over the years ( age 52 ) I’ve only just discovered ordinary products. Where have I been, I’m a huge product user for skincare and make up. So always out looking for the ONE. Oh my I’ve certainly found the holy grail for my skin. This stuff is unreal, I actually look forward to my skin care routine instead of being a chore, twice daily. Never have I ever felt like going make up free , I always had congestion around my chin. This product and many others from ordinary, have just completely changed my skin. It glows, it’s clear, dare I say alive , glass like even. Why is it so cheap, so good. I absolutely salute you ordinary for giving us good honest no fuss products. This milky stuff is just lush, just heavenly. I’ve not had a pimple since using this with other products recommended by your good selves. I cannot recommend it enough.

Pleasantly surprised!

I like this. I have combo/oily sensitive skin. My skin reacts to most products. This had a nice feel, was not tacky and left my skin soft and slightly exfoliated which is just right for my skin, No adverse reaction at all.

My new staple!

Picked this up randomly and I’m so glad I did. I’m usually not a fan of toners, but both my husband and I have seen amazing results from this one. It makes your skin so milky and luminous, and it’s the only product that has ever toned out my redness. I’ll be getting some extra to give out as Xmas gifts this year.
