This is milky goodness and that’s the way to put it, toner that moisturizing just like cream all in one step! I have combination skin and dryer spots on my cheeks and this toner amazingly takes care of everything. My skin super soft and silky, glowing and hydrated thru the whole day. Relatively quick to soak up and also works great under the makeup! I absolutely love how gentle and effective it is and super happy with results!
