Should have read the reviews first!

I saw a lot of people recommending this product on Twitter, but I should have checked the 1 star reviews first before purchasing recently from the birthday sale. I did a patch test a day prior on my wrist and didn't see any reaction, so I decided to go ahead and try it on my scalp but for some reason applying the serum to my scalp has irritated it SO MUCH. I've got itchy red welts and insane dandruff all of a sudden. Literally only a few hours after using it. I DO NOT recommend if you already have sensitive skin! I suspect it could be the lactic acid in the ingredients? I'm not sure but I WISH I could get a refund.

Great features

Holy grail for my hair!! This is my third purchase. Good for hair density and hair thickness.

The only concern that I have with this product is that it makes my hair greasy a little bit and I need to wash my hair more often. Other than that, my hair looks healthier and shiny.

Great overall scalp serum, it is more on the oily side

It is the best product for my dream long hair. I’m using it for two years and I’m addicted to that. I got so many baby hair and visible hair growth. I love the product and recommend 200% for anyone.

A must have serum

I used this product now for a month before I used to use kerastase genesis serum and let me tell you it’s too expensive and won’t last me a month so I risked and tried this out and trust me it works better

Painful side effects

I bought this product with high hopes because I saw a lot of very promising looking before and after photos. I unfortunately have to report that I had an awful experience with this product. I used the product daily for about two weeks. At first, I noticed a strange tingling feeling in the areas that I had applied the serum, but I took this to mean it was working and continued to use it. By the second week, I started developing horrible dandruff, my scalp was red, itchy, and painful, and the hair on the top of my head was extremely dry, brittle and thinner than it was when I started using the product. I have stopped using it completely, however it has been over a month and I’m still experiencing scalp tenderness and shedding. I’ve been using a very mild anti-dandruff shampoo and that is helping to resolve the issue, however, the lingering effects are very concerning. Please be careful using this product and if you notice dryness or itchiness, I would highly suggest discontinuing it as soon as possible. I have never had scalp pain like this before.

Great for helping out with androgenic hair loss

I have PCOS and have been experiencing hair loss around my temples and front of my hair line. I will not use minoxidil because I have pets. I started using this daily to every other day after showering and have definitely noticed new growth. Consistency is key!

Adds Volume and thickness!

I have some baby hairs around my face that stay baby hairs all my life! They are finally growing and looking thicker! I have tips to use the product because I saw online that some people got greasy hair after wards. I do not put it on wet hair. After I wash my hair in the show I dry my hair to about 90 percent then add this in and massage my scalp. After I blow dry the rest of it the next day my hair plumps up and no oiliness. The next hair day I just keep putting it on every night and rubbing it in and I don't have oiliness and my hair looks more voluminous.
