Skin looks brighter and feels softer!

I received this complimentary from The Ordinary. I have used this product 3 times over the last 3 weeks, as the instructions say to start with 1x/week. As a busy mom, I love a product that I can work seamlessly into my regimen with minimal effort. This product is so simple to use- just a pea-sized amount all over the face after washing before bed. Then, add your moisturizer. Easy. My face genuinely feels softer, and not just after applying, but in the morning, too. I have sensitive skin from MCAS, and this has not caused any flares. In fact, my skin already looks healthier and brighter. I also don't feel greasy or dried out. I feel a slight tightness after applying, so I'm hopeful it is doing its job. I will definitely keep using to see if my fine lines improve.

I would love it but…

I have had two of these and the pump has broken both times within days. One bought online and another exchanged in a store that stock the ordinary. So I’m giving up and going back to my old retinal that comes in a tube.

Love this product!

This product is a one stop shop for skincare! There is no need to have a ton of steps to get amazing results! I use retinol products fairly often and usually am not impressed with the strength or generally how it affects my skin. But this product made some noticeable changes to my texture, fine lines, pore size, and brightness! I used it every other day, had some slight burning for a short period of time which I love because it shows the strength of the product - without any harm to my general skin health. I am so grateful I was gifted by The Ordinary to try this product because I absolutely fell in love! It has to be part of my ongoing routine to keep my skin looking youthful!

Premium retinal at an exceptional price

Love this product. Similar to Medik8 retinal at their highest strength but at a much much lower price point. Will absolutely be switching to this one.

Effective cream

Very strong but highly effective if used consistently. I have been using this for approximately 6 months and can notice the subtle difference on my face. Would not recommend for sensitive skin.

I received The Ordinary Retinal 0.2% Emulsion For Even Skin Surface  complimentary from The Ordinary. I love the feeling of the Emulsion. It is creamy and easily applied over the entire face. Only a couple of drops are needed. It has not been used long enough

Best retinol

I’ve had textured skin and bumps my entire life, I’ve always heard or retinol and the ones I’ve used in the past never helped either, if anything they used to break me out. But this one?! Affordable and effective retinal product

I’ve been using The Ordinary Retinal 0.2% Emulsion for a couple of weeks now, and I like it so far. It’s definitely strong, so I had to give my skin time to adjust. It takes time to see results but with continued use I think my skin looks smoother and has a more even tone. It feels lightweight and absorbs quickly. I did experience a bit of dryness at first, so moisturizing is a must, and I made sure to apply sunscreen in the morning. I would also caution that it may stain your pillow case. Overall, it feels like a strong but effective step up in my nighttime routine, and it is very affordable. This product was gifted by The Ordinary.
