Doesnt hydrate but sting your face

I have been ordinary loyal customer for more than 6 years! This is the only one that i have to leave bad review! Sting and irritate my face and caused red patches! I thought it suppose to hydrate ant wont cause any skin barrier problem instead should help the serum absorb better in our skin. It not only does nothing but cause my face becomes sensitive, i am so so so disappointed!

Love the look and feel!

I purchased this about a month ago and absolutely love it! I use it after cleansing my face and sometimes feel that it's all I need. Very hydrating and love how my face looks and feels afterwards. However, my other go to's are the niacinamide and hyaluronic acid. I am definitely keeping this in my regimen and definitely recommend.

I've read the negative comments and decided to try this product anyway. I've used it for 3 weeks and I'm impressed. My skin looks smooth and hydrated. I seldom wear makeup anymore, so I'm delighted to see how nice my complexion looks without any artificial enhancement. I'll buy this product again!

Ordinary, what are you doing?

Well, reading all these FAKE reviews makes me regret buying it... The overuse of certain words (like "lighweight formula", "glowy skin") in those reviews is just revolting. They all contain a lot of words, but really say nothing about the product. Srsly Ordinary, what is going on with your brand?

Loooooveeee

I’ve been using this now for a few months and absolutely love it. I love how light it feels, how hydrating it feels and how the rest of my serums go on afterwards. It is definitely one of my essential skin care products now.

Underwhelming, no effect scene

I really wanted to love this product. There are thin watery serums that I have loved, but I honestly can't tell that this one is doing anything. Considering it is neither giving me the hydration of a creamy milky essence, nor do I see any increase in the absorption of my other serums, it feels useless. I'm glad for other people who are finding it to be helpful, but as someone who's been at the skin care game a long time and tried hundreds of products, this did not wow me.

Skin feels smoother and looks brighter

This is a new addition to my routine, along with the niacinamide and zinc serum. Using this first as recommended and the new serums do seem to have made a difference

Good results so far

I’ve been using this essence for over a month now and noticed my skin looks and feels softer, smoother and more plump. I’ve tried a few different essences before and I am impressed by the quick results of this one. The only minor comment I have is the scent. It smells a bit like burnt plastic. The product can be so much more pleasant to use if scent was better or neutralized.

Essence Delivery System

The delivery system for this product is less than effective. A dropper would be much preferred. The current delivery system is erratic and not measurable. Please repackage with a dropper.

Not for me

This didn’t work for me, I had major irritation from this, and I tried using it along with the Ordinary’s niacinamide, both products do not agree with my skin. My skin feels extremely dry and actually hurt (feels like I got burn) after every use of both those products either together or on its own. I think as not expecting dry painful skin after using the essence since its purpose is to hydrate the skin not dry it out.

Suoe Soft Skin

This product hydrates my skin before I apply other products and I can feel my skin softening. I am definitely going to purchase it again.
