Nightmare Pump

I love this lotion, but the pump is a nightmare. On the last three bottles, it wouldn’t even release and pop up to use. On one other where the pump worked initially, it just stopped dispensing lotion halfway through the bottle even though nothing had disconnected/broken and there weren’t any clogs. It’s such a pain to have to scoop out all of the lotion to transfer it into another container that I won’t be buying again. :/

Moisturising and light without the greasy feeling

I normally have pretty dry skin so I struggle to find something that moisturises but doesn't leave that greasy/sticky feeling. This lotion is actually really good. It absorbs quickly, keeps my skin feeling smooth and moisturised without that greasy feeling. The only thing is ai wish the bottle was a bit bigger. Will be buying again.

Poisonous to dogs

I'm not really sure how to rate this appropriately and am hoping for a company response. For a company that claims it's cruelty free to add a highly toxic to dogs chemical (xylitol) without a warning label is extremely concerning. I have been loving using this but will have to immediately discontinue. I feel like better decisions could have been made in the formulation and am confident there is a alternative.

Soft skin that actually does last all day

Received as a gift with my last order and I really liked it. I normally use body oil after a bath or shower as I find it better than body lotion, but this left me really soft and hydrated all day. It dries down quickly and my skin felt comfortable all day. I’m actually really impressed with it. Love that it doesn’t have that silicone feeling that many lotions seem to have now (I hate that feeling with a passion lol)

Really works

This lotion is amazing, I have extremely dry skin on my legs and feet and after just one application I could not believe the difference, no dry flaky skin just smooth and soft for at least 24hours.

Omg never stop making this body moisturiser . Upon my first application I knew it was perfect . A little goes along way and it does not feel heavy but 24 hours later in the shower you can still feel it’s working it’s magic . After only 5 days use I had to have a full body skin check . Of course I didn’t apply it before the appointment (as you are told) but the skin doctor said whilst using the magnify glass if I am using body lotion don’t stop as my skin is fabulous . After only 5 days of use !!!

Got this as a gift from Ordinary. First of all heartfelt thank to the team for sending me the gift <3 I got to try it only few times but Its light weight and hydrating but this is such a great product and I am so happy I got to try it. Keep introducing more like this. Cheers!

Awful packaging, don't do it!

Darn, should have read and listened to the reviews. The packaging on this is horrific. It would not dispense any product no matter how much I worked at trying to get the pump to function. So very disappointed.

I also got this as a freebie! Got shocked when two item arrived cause I just ordered the toner. Lightweight in the skin and I love it because it's fragrance free without any harsh ingredients. Thank you the ordinary💖

I'm not allergic to it !!

This came as a free product with an order I made, and surprisingly it actually fixed a problem I'd had for a while. I'm allergic to cetyl/stearyl/cetearyl alcohol and haven't been able to find a single body moisturiser that doesn't contain it, until this came into my life. After a week of using it, my skin already feels a lot more hydrated and my tattoos are looking fresh!

Pump is complete junk. Product may be decent, but the packaging is absolute trash and negates any benefit of the product.
