It's OK

A thinner body lotion, so not the most soothing for winter. (Hoping The Ordinary launches a richer body cream!) I love that this product is fragrance-free and great for sensitive skin. The bottle is cute and aesthetic, but the pump is a pain. I had to check the reviews to get it working, and it shoots too strong and far 😅

Ineffective

Does nothing. Received it free and don’t even want it. No unpleasant smell is the best I can say.

Best new neutral moisturizer with no greasiness

I used the old Lubeiderm until they added shea butter last year. This lotion is the best I’ve used in years- compared favorably to the old Lubruderm- might be better.

Pump does not work

I could not open the pump and the email contact page will not allow me to submit an issue without a photo.

Reasonably effective body moisturiser

I was recently gifted this body moisturiser (thank you) along with my order which was a welcome addition to my regime. I moisturise my body daily, especially important as my skin is becoming drier over age 50. It has a very light milky texture, absorbs quickly and scent is not significant. I use quite a lot during application so would generally need a large bottle but have found that a little does seem to go a long way as I'm using the same bottle after a couple of weeks. It is a great, effective product but on occasion I still need a little more moisture for my skin.

Immediate results

My hands get dry in the colder months, and I have been using this after washing my hands. It absorbs quickly, does not leave a greasy feeling behind, and I noticed an immediate difference in my dry cracked knuckles. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible container for product

Reviewing again. Last time I complained about the amount of lotion left when pump stops working, and you’ve shaken out all you can. Today I weighed what I was able to salvage after cutting open the container. 4.25 ounces!!! That is approximately 25% of product that is really difficult to get to. Amazing lotion though.

Success!

As a first time user, it's amazing how my legs look smooth and hydrated after just a couple applications. I was trying to recover the skin from summer and seaside dryness for a month, with no success. And this came as a surprise gift accompanying the copper peptides that I learned recently about.

Favoritísimo

Voy por el tercer bote. Es ligera, se absorbe enseguida y no tiene olor, para mí es perfecta. Soy perezosa para aplicarme crema corporal y con este producto me resulta facilísimo. Si tienes la piel muy seca, igual no es para ti.

how to fix the pump

@everyone struggling with the pump. remove the pump from the bottle, wipe off excess lotion, grab the top of the shaft and the pump handle, turn the shaft firmly to the right. pump should unlock easily. lotion seems fine so far, but a small bottle for a body product.

Nightmare Pump

I love this lotion, but the pump is a nightmare. On the last three bottles, it wouldn’t even release and pop up to use. On one other where the pump worked initially, it just stopped dispensing lotion halfway through the bottle even though nothing had disconnected/broken and there weren’t any clogs. It’s such a pain to have to scoop out all of the lotion to transfer it into another container that I won’t be buying again. :/

Moisturising and light without the greasy feeling

I normally have pretty dry skin so I struggle to find something that moisturises but doesn't leave that greasy/sticky feeling. This lotion is actually really good. It absorbs quickly, keeps my skin feeling smooth and moisturised without that greasy feeling. The only thing is ai wish the bottle was a bit bigger. Will be buying again.
