I bought this because I wanted to try a gloss and love Amika and then was really worried after reading some of the reviews. My hair is SO shiny and soft. I used after a clarifying shampoo and will definitely be adding this to my regular routine!

Avoid at all costs

I immediately returned this after two uses. This made my hair SO tangled that I had to use a hair mask to fix it. I used it twice to make sure it wasn’t a fluke (it wasn’t). Absolutely not. It’s a no from me.

Must have

I found an old sample of this and used it last night. My hair is glistening. I received so many compliments on my hair last night it was unreal. That never happens. I’m here to stock up.

Magic product for satin like silky and shiny hair

Good product! It’s a gel like consistency rather than a cream. I like the nozzle tip on the bottle, which is easier for applying. I was very impressed with a perfumelike scent . My hair was shiny and soft ever after using it, and my hair was always so dull. My son has curly hairs he used it and loved it

If you struggle with shine by this, it’s great makes my hair look like I just got it blown out

This is magic! I was a bit sceptical about this product, I have really fine, dull hair and this honestly made it look refreshed with a glassy shine. It feels as though your hair has been refreshed without a visit to the hairdressers, and for a fraction of the price. It smells lovely, the packaging is cute! This is a win and already ordered one so that I don’t run out!

Good to have

Sooo, this was a ride. For context, I have type 4 hair. This smells good, very similar to a perfume I have encountered before but I’m struggling to place it. I kept it in for a minute as recommended. I did not notice that my hair was less frizzy and more shiny than usual sadly. It was a little hard to wash out but I would say that it made my hair feel soft and it was good to use. I’ll keep using this and seeing how I feel about it. Might repurchase given softness and fragrance but otherwise might not as I don’t necessarily think it’s legendary. Love the packaging though. Pretty bottle. Great nozzle.

Must-Have for Instant Shine! I am absolutely obsessed with the Amika Flash Instant Shine Mask! It's an total game-changer for my routine. The fact that it only takes 60 seconds to work is incredible - it saves so much time, especially on busy mornings. I use it on my long hair, and the results are stunning: my hair goes from looking dull to having a mirror-like, liquid shine instantly. It feels incredibly silky, smooth, and so soft right out of the shower. If you're looking for that glassy, frizz-free finish without the wait, you need this mask! Highly recommend.

Shiny hair, lovely scent

This product is quite nice to use. As you can see from the video, it has a good consistency - not too thick that it weighs the hair down but also enough to coat the hair nicely without over using the product. It smells lovely and the packing is really pretty. As you can see, it does give a decent shine to my hair, which is feeling a little dull these days as we are getting into the colder weather. The one downside for me is that the screw top can be a little fiddly but otherwise I like this product.

Ineffective, more trouble than worth

No noticeable difference so I'd say ineffective. Slightly chemically scent. Spout packaging just leaks a lot out at once, annoying to use, sometimes the lid is stiff which is difficult when in the shower. Probably wouldn't buy myself.

Omg this product is absolutely amazing I’ve never had such soft shinny hair in my life, I highly recommend and will definitely be buying this product
