I received this product complementary for my honest review. I love this brand. There is not a product from this brand I have tried that I have not fallen in love with. The packaging is cute and the price is fantastic. I used this product for 30 days and my sensitive skin had no irritation or blemishes whatsoever. The ingredients are said to brighten all skin and fade dark spots. I do believe I need a little bit more time for noticeable results as any product usually isn’t noticeable within 30 days I feel like you need at least 6 to 8 weeks for noticeable results that being said I love this product and I will continue to use and re-purchase. I would recommend this product to anyone who takes care of their skin.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I don’t think I’ve yet to stumble upon a beauty of joseon product that I haven’t liked or isn’t compatible with my skin - and this one is no different! I found the glow deep serum to be a really nice consistency (dried down quickly) and didn’t cause my other skincare or makeup products to pill or change in performance when applied directly on top. The only reason I knocked a star is because although I consistently used it once a day in the morning for 2 weeks to try it, I’m not sure that was long enough to really reap all the brightening benefits the product claims to provide. I’d love to try this longer and update my review accordingly. That being said, I didn’t run into any troubles during my trial that would cause me not to recommend this to others. So give it a try! Just try it for a bit longer (:

Gives a natural glow to skin

I’m skeptical of anything that says it’ll make your skin glow. I’m not sure how, but my skin looks so much more lively when I’m using this serum. It started as me just using it every morning. I couldn’t figure out what was giving my cheeks a more flushed look because I’m normally dead in the face. Very olive pale. So I decided to stop using it just in case it was another product. My glowy face went away. Started it back up and my cheeks were back to rosy. This serum is doing it. It’s not oily or sticky. Absorbs well into the skin. I can easily wear makeup with it. Doesn’t seem to bother my other skincare products and last but not least no breakouts. I’ll keep using this product.

Will continue using it

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] i think i see a bit of a difference while using this, especially with some stubborn acne scarring. But It is too soon to say. What i did enjoy is that its a very lightweight formula, not sticky, and settles very quickly into the skin. i have been using it for about a month 5 times a week and the bottle is still very full. no strange scents either.

Helped with post-vacation sun damage

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] After a 10 day Caribbean cruise, I had a perfect opportunity to put this serum to the test, as my freckles and sun spots were out of control. For the first few days, I used this serum in the morning in place of my usual vitamin c serum. The product had a lovely texture, was non-irritating, and absorbed quickly, but I didn’t notice any significant lightening of my sun damage. I then read that, for best results, Alpha Arbutin-based serums should be applied at night, and not in the morning. After a week or so of applying this serum before bedtime, my freckles have now been reduced to a more civilized level and my skin is looking a bit brighter. Overall, this serum seems to provide brightening and mild hydration benefits, and fans of rice water products will probably love this. The only reason I would not give five stars is that I believe there are better active ingredient options available for brightening and hydration.

A must have

I've been using this product consistently since I bought it and I can see the results. My skin looks more even and hydrated, I love it! Plus, it doesn't leave my skin oily, which I really appreciate since I already have oily skin. The product is lightweight and absorbs quickly. I definitely recommend it 100%.

Not as effective as I had hoped

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I would rate this serum as a low-level and more effective as a preventative product. First, it has decent ingredients and lacks the “bad” stuff such as formaldehyde and parabens etc. Second, it comes in a plastic bottle, which is nice for clumsy people like me who drop things, but I can’t tell if the bottle is recyclable. Third, the main ingredients are supposed to moisturize and inhibit melanin production. That to me is preventative. The product itself is a bit tacky. I found it hard to evenly pat on the skin. I didn’t get much moisture and my skin is normal to oily. I also did not see that it gave much glow to my skin.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I have been using this product for a couple of weeks now and I was quite surprised at work. Someone asked me have you had plastic surgery what did you do your cheeks look so full you look refreshed all day. I giggled and said nothing. It’s my secret i hurry home every day , that is a highlight of my day I work real hard and just a couple of dabs on your cheeks and your forehead and you feel refreshed like you’re ready to go again. Makes me feel young again.

Consistent with reputation

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I received this complimentary product to test and review. I like the consistency of the serum. It has a slight rice smell that I don’t mind. I’ve used it for a couple weeks and do feel that it brings a glow. It’s hydrating and I haven’t experienced any irritation from it. It also leaves a clean feeling once applied, no stickiness or residue. It’s easy to use with the small bottle and dropper. However, I think the plastic bottle cheapens the appearance of it, but it does make it easier to travel with. I would recommend this product.

Shook, a new staple

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I’m actually shook. I was hopeful but the performance of this took it to a whole new level for me. I am in loveeeeee. Here’s why: Pros: •consistency is thin, skin absorbs immediately •skin feels softer, plumper, less scaly •woke up next day and my skin was STILL plump •leaves a glass appearance •no notable smell •applicator pumps out the perfect amount. FINALLY. •definitely worth the value. This guy is underpriced. •was able to use while derma rolling, no irritation! Cons: •Literally none. And I always find something. That’s why I’m so shook. Overall, give me 100 please. I will not move forward in my skincare without this. I’ve tried many rice-based products and they usually cause a breakout for me. This was the opposite. It healed the longest breakout that I haven’t been able to get rid of. It also helped iron out this pesky wrinkle I’m starting to get (!). I’m definitely adding this in my makeup kit indefinitely and I’m definitely buying myself a backup. If you’re looking for something to hydrate your skin, that doesn’t interfere with makeup, light enough not to feel, look no further.

I just started using this serum, and I'm really impressed so far. The texture feels lightweight yet deeply hydrating, giving my skin a plump, healthy glow. It absorbs quickly, isn't sticky at all, and layers beautifully with the rest of my skincare routine and perfect with makeup. I noticed my skin stayed moisturized even without applying a cream afterward, which makes it feel very supportive. Overall, my skin feels softer, more balanced, and comfortably hydrated. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] Overall, this is a nice serum. It’s got a great texture that really melts into the skin. I had no negative reaction to it and I did not detect any crazy scents. I don’t feel like it gave me any huge benefits or at least nothing I really felt/noticed. It is nice to use though!
