Grapefruit.

Honestly smells like an actual grapefruit in the opening and it stays throughout the whole lifespan. If you don’t like that, then it’s not for you. Longevity is good, 6-7 hrs on my skin. Overall fantastic fragrance, great flanker. If you don’t want that prominent grapefruit just stick to the intense version.

One of the ABSOLUTE BEST for the summer

Expectations for Light Blue Forever were pretty high after seeing and hearing so much positive feedback from everybody, and boy, does this live up to it. You get a blast of grapefruit and by grapefruit, I mean that it literally smells like you cut into a ripe pink grapefruit. The opening is the star of the whole show which then fades into the background, which reveals the musky and earthy undertones that give this fragrance a much needed foundation. With that being said, this has a good amount of staying power - I easily get 7+ hours of longevity out of this, with the fragrance leaving a brisk and fruity scent trail wherever I go, I've worn this while running errands, working in a warehouse, and going to family gatherings and this is surely going to be a head turner because nobody else is wearing anything close to this. Why is it not a 5-star fragrance then? Because some people are really turned off by the grapefruit. They don't like grapefruit, they don't like the smell of it, they think it reminds them of sweat, and while I personally cannot smell the "sweat" accord, it is still something that needs to be addressed. Definitely sample this fragrance before you buy. Light Blue Forever - If you like it, you're not going to be disappointed.

Omg , just arrived , the package is delicate , the smell is soooo freshing ! My bf and I love it ! Most of cologne make ppl uncomfortable, but this one ! Very very different

Go for Intense Light Blue version…

Had purchased this cologne thinking it was a prior purchase I had made as a gift for my nephew, I do not recommend this fragrance if you’re keen on wearing a “cleaner” or “fresh scent”. Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue INTENSE had been the one I gifted, if you like a clean scent I definitely recommend going with the Intense version it’s a definite day fragrance that can also transition into night. Light Blue Forever’s first hit of grapefruit is very strong, sprayed it on to see how to fragrance would settle and it just wasn’t for me, in my opinion it’s an older gentleman’s fragrance, gave me Eternity vibes, not my style. Bottle and packaging was beautiful but if you’re purchasing this for your dude go with Light Blue Intense!

Great summer scent

This scent starts off with a very strong grapefruit opening, but its sooo good! The dry down moves a bit away from that super strong grapefruit and mellows out a bit. Best D&G Light Blue flanker to date.

Simply Gorgeous

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt I must for this product. It’s everything you want it to be: summer in a bottle! It’s super grapefruit foward, which I absolutely love! The first thing you smell is juicy fresh squeezed grapefruit, but as it dries down you get into the woody base notes. If you love citrus and woods this is for you. Fresh citrusy summer fragrance! My new favorite for sure! I CANNOT get enough of it!

The next best Summer Scent

Amazing scent. It took me a few tries to get past the that strong rope opening but it’s such an authentic and unique smell that will certainly get you compliments. To me, this is better than Light Blue Intense, especially in the summertime.

The scent made me feel happy. I used it throughout the week and I wore it to work. I got asked so many times what scent I had on. The packaging felt nice like velvet. It is a very masculine cologne. The key notes are Grapefruit. complimentary from Dolce&Gabbana Fragrance.

This fragrance is absolutely gorgeous

The ideal scent for the any season and go out. It has a pleasant scent. It isn't overpowering in any way. When I wear this scent, I get a sexy vibe. The bottle has a sophisticated appearance. On a boat ride, I'd wear this scent. This was gifted by Dolce&Gabbana Fragrance for an honest review.

Fresh like Caribbean waters

I was pleased to finally try Dolce & Gabbana Light Blue Forever Pour Homme Eau de Parfum. It comes in a luxurious, blue velvet box with a dreamy blue bottle reminiscent of Caribbean waters. When initially sprayed, I thought I picked up a citrus note, like grapefruit. Once it settled on my skin it faded into a more clean cologne scent. I like fresh scents and this will be perfect for the upcoming warmer months. I can wear this daily and I feel like it completes my wardrobe.

I was gifted by Dolce & Gabbana this Light Blue Forever Pour Homme Eau de Parfum. I love this scent. The bottle is a very nice blue color and a nice size. This has a very sweet and woody smell. It is a very masculine cologne. It starts with a grapefruit notes and after a few hours it dries to a kind of spicy tone. Lasts all day and I get compliments about it all the time.
