Scared of mold rumors

In all honesty I haven't used the melt mask yet but after reading the bad reviews especially about the applicator growing mold, I'm not even going to use it. I do like the other things that came in the set of 5 lip products I got.

Lip melt mask love!!!!

I am obsessed with the Tarte lip melt mask and I am on my 3 tube of the drizzle LOL. I love this original Carmel scent and it just feels so good on your lips. I’ve become a collector of these. Anytime Tarte releases a new scent I’m on it. I wear this as my every day lip gloss not just at night! I hope Tarte comes out with just a lip melt mask set!!!!!!!

It makes your lips feel incredible and smells really good at first, but after a few weeks it rots or something and smells foul

Dries Lips After A Month

I’ve used it again twice, and my lips are extremely dry and chapped. Both times, I got a sore in the left corner of my mouth. My lips are so dry they’re peeling, and I have visible lines running down them. I applied this on a Sunday, and the attached picture shows what they looked like on Saturday.

Good but not for everyone

At first it was so good, it was nourishing and left my lips feeling soft. However, it was the first product that I’ve had an allergic reaction to. It took me six weeks to recover and when I tried it again to confirm, broke me out again.

Lips are soft!

Wow!! This lips mask has my lips feeling so soft. Love you can apply as much as you want. Just enough shine.

Mold

Molds fast. I have 4 of these, unfortunately and 2 have mold. The other two haven’t been used yet. It makes sense that it would mold putting that moist applicator in a sealed top, but it’s disgusting. Reached out to tarte to return and never heard back.

Feeling of Luxury!!

I purchased the travel size in Icing just to try it. I thought it would be like other lip oils and just stay on for a little while or maybe end up feeling sticky after a while. NO this lip melt is nothing like that! It's soothing to your lips. It goes on and stays on for a while. And it gives just enough color back to your lips that you look natural!! I LOVE this product! I'm buying the full size today!!

LOVE IT! After trying so many lip glosses/lip masks, I confirm it's the best. I reach out for it daily. Beautiful color, applicator is top-notch & the smell is so delicious! Absolute dream!

I absolutely love this product at first the price made me not want it but it works amazing

Applicator goes funky

I really loved this at first but something was off with my applicator. After about 3-4 weeks of using my lips started getting blisters, chapping, and a tight feeling. So I was layering more and more of this on with no improvement. I noticed the brush tip smelt bad, so I gave it a wash , but as soon as I used it again my lips flared up. It has taken over a month of just Vaseline use to get my lips to stop peeling, I had to chuck the product away.

best product for chapped or dry lips!

my lips were always so chapped and no lip balm or chap stick was doing the job so I decided the try this out. I haven't turned back! I use it every night before bed and my lips are never chapped anymore! this is an AMAZING product!
