This conditioner by Ouai is great for my medium textured hair. It’s not so heavy that my hair feels weighed down, but substantial enough to nourish my hair. After repeated use my hair (which is prone to frizz) looks smoother and shinier. Love that it contains keratin and oils to improve the health of my hair. I used with the accompanying medium shampoo for my complete hair routine.

I use about a quarter-size amount, apply it to the lengths and ends, and rinse with cool water. It helps seal the cuticle and gives my hair more shine. Overall, it’s a great product and it definitely lived up to my expectations.

Not for me

The conditioner is nice and gives really deep hydration to the hair. But for me it didn’t suite me personally. It leaves my hair greasy as if there’s a residue especially when I want to style it with a curling wand or blow dry it.
