This mask smells like Ponds hand cream. Yes, it makes your hair soft. However, I’ve had the same If not better results from cheaper products (Moroccan Oil Hair Mask) I wouldn’t buy this again

Good for my natural red hair.

Love this product. I have natural red hair which has never been dyed. It's thick and heavy, basically no wave pattern. I only use a hair dryer every second day when I wash it, and still my hair gets so dry! This is a nice option to use every alternate wash with my regular conditioner.

Terrible change

I have used this product for as long as I can remember. The new formula is rubbish.Leaves the hair feeling dry. Please change it back

I have been using this mask as my conditioner for over 15 years. I swore by it. It was magic and worth every dollar. BUT the new formula however is terrible. It feels cheap and does not perform how it use to. And its more expensive (which doesn't make sense). May as well buy supermarket conditioner and save my self the money thats how disappointing the quality is. Why change something that works? Cutting costs? I know im not the first person to complain about the new formula. You have many loyal customers who are now very disappointed. It's a shame.

Bit hesitant about buying it because of the price of the masque but absolutely love it. Smells beautiful, makes her soft and bouncy and only need a small amount for longish shoulder length hair.

This is my go to hair mask. I love this product so so so so so much! I use it everything I was my hair. It does not weigh down your hair. And my dry hair loves this stuff. It leaves my hair so smooth.
