Rated 5 de 5 por username2021 de Bold Indeed! The YSL Bold Lipstick is very creamy and highly pigmented. It glides over your lips so smoothly and evenly. The shade I have is 7 Unhibited Flame which is a bright, vibrant red. Something to keep in mind, it does transfer easily and definitely moved around when I was eating lunch. It is a beautiful lipstick and I’d definitely recommend it as long as you don’t mind a few touch ups throughout the day.

Not an every day look for me but great for special specials or days I need a pick me up. Color lasts long and survives through coffee drink and mask wearing.

I should start off this review by stating that I never wear lipstick, and I don’t wear makeup either. I have worn lipstick in the past, however, but because I am very fair skinned, I typically hadn’t ever worn red lipstick, because I felt I couldn’t pull it off. Of course, the color I received was shade 7, Uninhibited Flame, which is a very bright cherry red color. What I noticed about this lipstick is that it covered very well, I did not have to swipe it across my lips more than once. It felt nice on, and I’m very picky about things on my lips, so much so that there is only one chapstick that I will use. It did not get on my teeth at all, which is usually a problem for me with any other lipsticks I’ve worn. The color lasted for quite a while, but unfortunately it did migrate to the skin beyond my lips, so one would probably want to use a lip liner with this. There is also a very faint fragrance to this lipstick, kind of a floral or rose like fragrance. Normally floral fragrances bother me, I’m very sensitive to a lot of fragrances and get headaches, but this one was subtle enough not to bother me. Overall I think this is a decent product, albeit a little expensive. It’s too bold for my liking, as someone who doesn’t wear makeup, so I wouldn’t purchase it again based on that.

I’m a full time mom of 2 toddlers, so when I put on a lip, I need it to stay and not budge all day long. This is much more of a traditional lipstick formula. It’s very creamy and comfortable. It’s incredibly pigmented in a single swipe. I tried to blot it down to help with staying power, and it didn’t take to that very well. It became less comfortable and more sticky and was still fairly smear-prone after blotting. This shade of red is definitely the type that makes my teeth look more stained than they actually are. It does have the luxurious, high end feel one would expect from YSL, but not practical for my lifestyle.

If you like a sort of matte finish, but without a dry look, this is an excellent product. It didn’t have it on for more than 3 hours, but within that period, it didn’t smudge. I'm not an expert in make-up, but I don't see myself ever wearing this lipstick with daytime light make-up, it would look too much. Packaging is elegant, as every other ysl product.
