I have only been using this for two weeks but the nails are much stronger. My old ridged nails have tended to break at the ridges and so far they haven't.

Didn't prevent breakage, may have made it worse

Initially, I was hopeful that this would stop my nails from being brittle and breaking whenever they reach any kind of length. The first couple of applications were fine, but the next two made my nails worse. My thumbnails would crack at the edges, and because of the coating on them, the break would run and extend further, exposing the raw nail bed. Would not recommend.
