lovely but Discontinued!

I absolutely loved this face cream! I was using it for a while, it felt amazing on my face, until it was discontinued without any warning to your customers, i was absolutely shocked and disappointed that it's discontinued. And im still yet to find a suitable replacement. I was using the Clinique 3 step routine for years, so why was it discontinued if it works really well

Product pilling on clean skin

I had such high hopes for this product, especially for the price. Tried using it for a few weeks now but I can't get it to work on my face. I usually apply my cream to freshly cleaned and dry face, and then wait before applying other products on top. After applying this to my face, the product starts pilling, especially on my chin, cheeks and forehead and I'm stuck having to get rid of white bits on my face for ages. I don't think it should be doing that with no other products on and it's extremely disappointing because I was hoping this would be my new day cream going forward. Instead I'm just out of pocket, so would not recommend.

Great moisturiser

I absolutely adore this product. I have used superdefense for many years and although I did prefer the older version I still keep coming back to this. I have tried other Clinique moisturiser's but this I find on my skin works best for me ??

I feel my skin is protected - and it is a good unoily moisturiser that I find comfortable to wear every day.

Horrible!

I've been a loyal Clinique customer for over 30 years, pretty much all my make up and skin care. Why it why do you keep messing with long standing popular products or discontinuing ones? I know it's all in the name of progress but you're driving customers away. I've used super defense for years. Tried others out of interest but always came back to this. This new version is horrible. It's drying, leaves a funny stickiness and brought me out in spots (I never get spots). Please bring back the old one that customers loved! And please bring back Touchbase, natural glossy mascara and the airbrush concealer!!

Excellent defense for outdoor activities

I have been using this for 6 months everytime i go hiking and it provides really good protection against sun wind and ice cold weather. Prevents winburn and it feels like a complete face mask when applied that lasts for the day.

Formula change?

I've been using this product for YEARS! All of a sudden this new jar is causing me to break out in a rash on my chin and neck and blotches on my face. I'm guessing the formula was changed. Time to find a new moisturizer.

Awful !

I have been using clinique skin care and make up since I was 16 years old, I am now 61 and this is the worst cream I have ever used !!! My skin has become dry and flakey ( I have never had dry skin!) I have persevered with it over the last couple of week but can't use it anymore. How do I get a refund on this ?

Fantastic cream

My skin was feeling dry, old and dull. This cream gas made it feel soft, smooth and bright. After ten days ive had compliments at how refreshed I look. Skin feels so lush! Am delighted

Awful

What is wrong with this cream?? This cream has dried my skin out so badly, and I have oily skin! Very disappointed with this cream as I love some of the other clinique creams!!

too rich for me

I bought this cream based on your instore AI analysis of my aging skin. Sadly, it's far too heavy for me, and I have gone back to my long time Clinique favourites, MoistureSurge 100 and DDM gel, which leave my skin satiny. I wish I'd bought it here, as I am sure you would have been able to change it for me, but I'll use it up at night now.
