Don’t waste your money!!

After having this product for less than two months, it completely popped out of the pen. Very messy. I wouldn’t buy again. I returned it.

Pretty color but it doesn’t stay well! Even with setting spray I feel like this was below my eyes by the end of the day.

Check packaging before buying

Entire product fell out of the tube itself upon second use, had to return.

Another terrible first impression

I, like others, should have read the reviews. I took this out of the box and took the lid off to get a look at the color and half of the stick just fell out - already broken! I haven’t even tried to use it yet. Unacceptable quality for the price.

The product broke after one use and it clumped upon application.

Beautiful Product, Disappointing Construction

I love this product so why the one star review? The color stick falls out when you open the product. This happened after one time of using it. Hourglass needs to figure this out.

Too expensive for all these broken product reviews

Bought in store so thought I’d be safe from the “came broken” reviews. Nope. Opened the package and took off the cap, entire stick fell out. Liked the feel and color but don’t recommend do to all the broken product reviews.

Broken

I was so excited to try these and I bought them in 4 shades. Sadly, 3 of the 4 came broken. The shades are gorgeous, I love the shine. The formula is very creamy and easy to blend, but settles into lines. Will be returning.

Pretty but packaging is bad

I like the formula and ease of use for busy mornings, but the color stick keeps falling out of the tube. I’ve had it fall on my counter twice now, leaving a mess and wasting product. I’ll try to see if I can find something like this from another brand instead.

Not smooth at all, whole product completely fell out of holder during second use

Damaged

I was excited for this product but it was damaged right out of the box. The product was stuck to the top of the lid and the entire lead pulled out when I removed the cap! The color is beautiful and the formula is really nice, but I can’t justify this price for damaged product, since it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one experiencing it.

I loved the color and it lasted all day. However, the stick broke the fourth time I used it. I was disappointed to see the stick fly on the floor when I opened the container. I also purchased an eyeshadow stick from Laura Mercier and it never broke.
