Infusion de Rhubarbe - Eau de Parfum

Nostalgic

I received a sample with a recent purchase.  Do you remember those pressed powder lollipops we had as kids in the 90s - they were super sweet and had a fizzy bicarbonate quality, but also so tart they’d rip a hole in your tongue - yea that’s exactly how this smells.

I got this in the scent sample bag and it's the only one Im getting a full size of. Its such a lovely realistic fresh rhubarb. Sweet, green, and fresh. I usually hate rose but it's not a powdery rose it's fresh and very faint. It smells delicate. It lasts quite long on me, I dont get any powdery notes or sourness(/beer?) I feel fancy like a fancy garden after my shower :)

Smells disgusting

So nasty and woody. No fruity smell whatsoever and all the samples they sent were dried out and looked used

Great, but maybe not for everyone

I bought the mini in a set and it was the best of the ones included. Honestly, it’s such a great slightly tangy scent. Would definitely recommend but be a little cautious and sample as it wouldn’t be for everyone. I personally don’t think it’s a crowd pleaser.

[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] I tried Prada Les Infusions Santal Chai and, although it’s a beautiful and elegant fragrance, the scent was not exactly my personal favorite. It has a warm, comforting, mature vibe that I feel would be perfect for someone slightly older than me — maybe 40+ — who enjoys soft, creamy, refined perfumes for everyday use. The performance is gentle and close to the skin, which makes it ideal for someone looking for a subtle, sophisticated signature scent. Even if it wasn’t fully my style, I can definitely see it being a lovely everyday fragrance for the right person.

It's lovely!

​This perfume is just lovely. When I first spray it, it smells super fresh and bright, like a mix of green leaves and maybe something a little tart but still sweet, which I guess is the rhubarb part. It's not a heavy or sticky sweet smell at all, more like a fancy lemonade on a hot day. ​It doesn't last forever, maybe four or five hours on me, but while it's there it feels really clean and easy to wear. I like that it's simple and doesn't try too hard. It's perfect for the office or just running errands when you want to smell nice but not like you bathed in perfume. If you like those light, watery, or green scents, you will probably enjoy this one. It's definitely a happy scent.

Absolutely love this! It’s reminiscent of Hermes Eau de Rhubarbe, but I actually like the Prada better. It has more floral and feminine elements while keeping the rhubarb notes

Disappointing

I really wanted to like Prada Infusion Rhubarb because I enjoy trying new fragrances, but unfortunately this one just wasn’t for me. The scent came across as sharp and overpowering, and it didn’t settle in a way that felt pleasant on my skin. Instead of being refreshing or balanced, it lingered with a note that I found too harsh and distracting. While I can appreciate that some people might enjoy the uniqueness of the rhubarb twist, I personally couldn’t get used to it. Overall, I was disappointed and wouldn’t reach for this fragrance again.

So sad this doesn’t last more than 5 minutes. Will stick to buying oil based rhubarb scents

You really just have to smell it for yourself

Now, don’t get me wrong, this is a beautiful fragrance. It’s a very floral perfume. I initially sprayed it I immediately got like a soapy rose even though there’s no rose in it then it dried down and it smelled like tangy fruit (rhubarb is you know what it smells like) and fresh flowers. It’s honestly a very lively and delicate perfume. Smells like I just got out of the shower and then spent the rest of the day picking flowers.

Beats the heat

It's a lovely brisk refreshing,tart scent without depending on Citrus for the effect. Nice background of some florals without ruining the effect with too much sweetness.Lasts about 5-6 hours on me although a skin scent at the end. I love it as a spring and summer fragrance, cools you down as the temperatures go up!
