Smells so great

I got a sample of this in a previous order and when I used it I fell in love with the scent. And it worked great. Some reviews say it doesn’t lather much but I disagree. Love having this in my routine.

After using this, there was so many dandruff the day after . But when I try to get reach the customer service,they said it was personal phenomenon! Terrible product! Terrible service!

I love my hair again

I have thin, fine and mostly straight hair and this shampoo seems to be designed to bring out the body and shine I forgot I had. It leaves my hair free from residue and easy to style. It’s is worth it.

I tried a sample and i immediately purchased after the first use. It’s pricey, but arguably the best clarifying shampoo I’ve ever used ! It gets the build up and product out so well and extends my washes too

I recommend using this shampoo once a week to clear out all the product residue from your hair. My hair feels to soft and manageable after using it.

Received leaking bottle

I received this shampoo today and it was leaking. The pump was not locked. Should I worried that this was a returned item? But I am out of shampoo and I need to use this bottle. Plus, I don’t want to get out of the house just to get in the heat to return it…so good luck to me that there is no quality problem of this bottle of shampoo….

A great product!

I love this product and feel is it a great 1st cleanse for a double cleanse hair routine. Will be repurchasing!

Shu Uemura Gentle Radiance Deep Cleanser was basically just a deep cleansing clarifying scalp treatment which is just ... shampoo... so... seems unnecessary for me but may work for others with dry, flaky scalp issues perhaps.

I really like this shampoo. The scent is so refreshing! It also doesn’t over strip my hair of its oils when I wash it. Especially with it becoming colder. Worth it.
