lowkey so disappointed, i will say i recently bleached my hair so maybe it was just not really meant to work with color treated hair but i definitely felt like there was always residue left on my scalp. i also noticed that my hair would get oily so much quicker than normal. i'd say it def leaves ur hair glossy, but honestly id rather achieve that look with just their hair oil (which i LOVE) but yea overall just not for me #sorry

Defective Bottle

really love the shampoo for my fine, oily hair but the bottle cap is broken so i have to unscrew it to get out product which is annoying

I really wanted to love this product. It smells amazing , lathered so well. Made my hair soft , but made my hair fall out like crazy!

I’m obsessed with the way this smells! The lather is really nice and I feel like it gives your hair a good clean. My hair felt soft and silky after using. This is a fair price point in my opinion for this product!!!

I love this shampoo! My strands feel super hydrated after shampooing with this and the formula lathers quickly into a soft foam. I love the subtle scent and can smell it in my hair days later! I have noticed my hair stays softer and less frizzy for longer time when I use this shampoo and conditioner.

I am so upset about this product I am considering never buying anything from this brand ever again. I bought both this and the conditioner, and first off they sent me defective bottles. NEITHER ONE OF THEM opens. Like at all. after figuring out they the sent me defective bottles, I tried the product anyways because I was excited. The product is garbage. It left my hair feeling dry and frizzy. My hair looked so bad I had to wear it up the day following my use. Do yourself a favor and literally buy anything else.

Tried it for 3 weeks and really wanted to like it because I love their hair mask but it did not work for my hair, made it felt more dry

I switched to this one after using the Kerastase gloss shampoo and conditioner. I love this one much more! Hope for bigger bottles

Disappointing

Liked it in the beginning but after a few uses I saw the ingredients separate, looks like silica beads, it’s probably rotten and unusable, terribly disappointed and dissatisfied with this product especially for the price

Works so well

I have fine, thin hair with occasional scalp dryness. This shampoo works really well for my hair and my scalp. My scalp feels balanced without any dry flakes after using this shampoo and my hair feels so soft and silky. This shampoo even on day three is doing its job, by minimizing oiliness and keeping my hair frizz free.
