Awful smell all day long

I received the travel size shampoo and serum rincer with some beauty points. The fragrance is so overwhelmingly bad, I can't even finish up the travel sizes. A very strong, unpleasant smell lingers all day long. Not sure why they can't make perfumes that linger all day because clearly the technology is there.

Cannot recommend if you have sensitive skin

I absolutely loved the smell of this shampoo and how it smoothed my hair. However, after a few weeks of use, my scalp has become super itchy and irritated:(.

I bought this shampoo after trying the small size. This product has seriously saved my hair. Yes the smell isn’t the best, but not that bad for the benefit. Also I am not getting anything for this review. I absolutely love this product and it works well for me. I also use the rinse.

like but not enough to spend

This is great. I have thick, various curl patterned hair that is slightly damaged from highlights. my hair was getting tangled from the damage. this brought it back. ijs it might be too heavy for some. especially if you really aren't thick haired or damaged. also, some people don't know how to actually wash their hair...however I won't repurchase because of the price and one of loreal cheaper brands probably has something similar..like elvive or garnier.

Loved it!

Today i used it for first time and I’m amazed by results literally. I have colour treated hair and hardly any shampoo suits my frizzy hair. But this shampoo did excellent job, even after my first use my hair feel so soft so soft and frizz free. Lobed it and would highly recommend it to all those who have frizzy damaged hair

Absolutely not

Why does it smell like my hair is burnt after using this? What is the smell in this? It’s driving me crazy

Dried out my hair.

I have shoulder length, naturally dry, coarse hair that I color, heat style. Our water is HEAVY with minerals and salt is added to correct it both leading to color stripping within 2 weeks and causing all hair to dry out. Stylist sold this to me. First shampoo my hair felt gummy but the conditioner and a deep mask helped. Second shampoo left my hair in matted and the color was stripped. I called her, showed her the texture and color (2 week old color) and she agreed; this product was awful for my hair. She did a new color at no charge due to her selling me the product. Stay. Away.

Great for bleached hair!

Amazing! I used the 3 step program this shampoo, rinse off serum, and hair mask. My hair has been healthier cleaner and shiny since I started using this shampoo. Works great for bleached hair

My hair loves this shampoo

Fortunately, this shampoo has worked well for my hair. I'm natural, but flat iron my hair once a week. I've noticed my hair feels stronger and looks longer straightened. This shampoo has excellent slip and doesn't make my hair feel dry or frizzy. Everyone's hair is different and I personally think this shampoo is worth a try. When it works, it really works.

Ruined My Hair

Unfortunately most of the good reviews were incentivized. I've used this since February and I've lost so much hair, I noticed other reviews mentioned this too. My hair is also really dry and my curls are gone. My scalp gets really oily, whereas my hair is really dry. I just ordered new shampoo even though I have a bunch left. I wish I returned it instead of trying to stick with it.

This works wonders if you can get past the smell

My hair always looks fantastic after I use this and the post-shampoo serum. However, it has a really strong scent and the smell lasts for days.

Smell: I kind of liked the smell actually at first, to me it smelled nice but I was surprised because usually I don’t use shampoos that have such a strong smell. But after one or two days I would still smell the smell but then another day or so it would kind of start smelling bad that normally a shampoo would not give off. After effects: I think upon first washing it does make your hair extremely shiny , but then I noticed after 3 weeks of use my hair felt a lot thinner and kind of like empty. And there would be a lot of hairfall when brushing my hair. Usually I know I’m in a lot of stress from outside things but I think this was more hairfall than usual after using it. And sometimes my hair would kind of feel like straw after using or as if it had some kind of film on it. But yeah
