A brilliant product that makes my skin brighter !!

Great product except the packaging

I really like this product, it's helped my oily skin/acne/rosacea already and it's only been a little over a month. However, the packaging is not good for this formulation. It's hard to squeeze out from the beginning, and then it "runs out" in less than a month for the 30ml. But I cut the top off and there is WEEKS worth of product left that I never would be able to squeeze out of the tube.

I struggle with hormonal acne scars in my cheek area and this has already been making a difference! I’ve been using it daily for a few weeks and feel my overall skin has become smoother and overall brighter. Gifted by The Ordinary for my honest onion! Stings

I bought this a month ago and have been using it every evening. I have used different azelaic acid products before but nothing stings as much as this one. It hurts a lot and even after a month my skin isnt used to it. Very weird, never had an issue with other azelaic acid creams.

Confused - it pills

I had the same experience with a half full tube. But my main issue is that the product does not sink in to my skin - it lays on top and "pills" when other products are added to my skin. It can't be worn under make up - the directions say to use morning and night. HELP

No notes, just happiness!

Been using this product for 6 months now and it has absolutely changed the game for me. I have PCOS which means I get deep cystic acne that leaves scarring and requires prescription level skincare. I have abandoned my prescriptions for this company and never looked back. My acne is at bay, my scars are fading and I'm emotional just thinking about it. If you are on the fence about this product, don't be. The price is amazing and I can't see myself ever not buying this product. I pair it with the Zinc and Niaciamide serums and the Glycolic toner and it's just perfect. This company makes skincare so accessible and I'm so grateful.

Great for acne scars/texture skin

gifted by the ordinary I have tried this product for about a week, and I have noticed a few changes in my face. I have very textured skin, after using this product, I have noticed my textures are a lot less than what it was before. I have also noticed some changes with my acne scars.

Simple & effective ingredients!

Pills, makes acne worse, not worth it

And pills everytime no matter what. It didn’t help me at all with my acne in fact I think it made it worse do not recommend at all

The Ordinary’s Azelaic Acid was gifted by ordinary and I’ve been loving how gentle yet effective it is! I haven’t used it long, but I already notice my skin looking more even and calm,especially with redness and texture. It applies like a lightweight cream and absorbs quickly, making it easy to layer into my routine. I can’t wait to see how much brighter and smoother my skin looks with consistent use.
