Great product, terrible value and packaging

Great product, but bottle is full of air. Used twice in small amounts and the tube is almost finished. Very disappointed.

After using this product I noticed a burning sensation on my skin, making my skin even more red. Not to mention the cream is very pilling as it doesn’t properly rub into the skin. Even after washing the cream off my skin was still burning and becoming more red.

Great for mild acne

I use this for mild hormonal acne and it works wonderfully. I put it on areas that are breaking out at night and they look MUCH better in the morning with zero irritation.

The BEST product!

I bought this on a whim because of a tik tok video. I already use The Ordinary products, which i LOVE. So i knew i would love this as well. What i did not expect, is it being the ONLY product I've ever tried (and ive tried them all) that helped my oily skin. Im Italian and my skin has been oily since forever. NOTHING i try has helped at all. Until now. I wash my face at night, apply this product on clean skin, then my zinc/niacinamide, then my night moisturizer. And not only does my skin feel so soft, but i wake up to hardly any oil on my skin. And im not constantly trying to absorb the oil all day. My skin looks the best it ever has! Thank you so much!

Great product except the packaging

I really like this product, it's helped my oily skin/acne/rosacea already and it's only been a little over a month. However, the packaging is not good for this formulation. It's hard to squeeze out from the beginning, and then it "runs out" in less than a month for the 30ml. But I cut the top off and there is WEEKS worth of product left that I never would be able to squeeze out of the tube.

Stings

I bought this a month ago and have been using it every evening. I have used different azelaic acid products before but nothing stings as much as this one. It hurts a lot and even after a month my skin isnt used to it. Very weird, never had an issue with other azelaic acid creams.

Confused - it pills

I had the same experience with a half full tube. But my main issue is that the product does not sink in to my skin - it lays on top and "pills" when other products are added to my skin. It can't be worn under make up - the directions say to use morning and night. HELP

No notes, just happiness!

Been using this product for 6 months now and it has absolutely changed the game for me. I have PCOS which means I get deep cystic acne that leaves scarring and requires prescription level skincare. I have abandoned my prescriptions for this company and never looked back. My acne is at bay, my scars are fading and I'm emotional just thinking about it. If you are on the fence about this product, don't be. The price is amazing and I can't see myself ever not buying this product. I pair it with the Zinc and Niaciamide serums and the Glycolic toner and it's just perfect. This company makes skincare so accessible and I'm so grateful.
