The product was great until it completely fell out of the stick.I tried to put the jelly back in but failed.Overall good product until it broke.

Broke After First Use – Sticky and Messy

Very disappointing product. The gel stick broke apart after the first use, which already shows poor product design and quality. It also feels extremely sticky on the skin and does not provide any noticeable hydration or soothing effect. Every time I try to use it, it leaves small clumps or pieces of the product on my face, making it messy and unpleasant to apply. Instead of gliding smoothly, it crumbles and leaves residue behind. Overall, this was a complete waste of money and does not perform as advertised. I expected much better quality from this brand. I would really appreciate a refund for this product.

Don’t waste your money

Broke instantly, didn’t hydrate or reduce redness at all

Crumbly

I really wanted to like it but the more I used it just became crumbly. Really wanted to have the blush texture. Was quite disappointed

Doesn’t function well

Really wanted to like this product. Cool gimmick and design with the jelly texture. But you get very little product especially for the size of the packaging. They should have downsized the container, the larger stick gives a false impression of how much product you get. The problem with this product at its core is how easily the jelly breaks. You have to be supper gentle when applying to the face and even the the jelly product pulls up of chunks break off. Super disappointing. I don’t recommend this. Not worth it.

Worst skincare product I’ve bought :(

When I got this product after seeing it on socials, I thought it would be really good. It turned out to be really messy and fall apart everywhere after using it a couple times. It snapped it half not too soon later. Save your money and buy something else! It’s

Gym Must Have

I've been using this every other day at the gym - it's awesome. The cooling aspect is fantastic and helps my skins lose the red of working out before I head back to the office - lunch is gym time! 😁

Not worth it

It did give a cooling feeling but after the first use I noticed it was leaving part of the product on my face , felt grainy. The product would also come off when trying to open it so I’d be careful,

Broke apart so easily!

I have only used it like 10 times because: 1. it gets chunks of the product all over your face. 2. it broke in half while I wasn't using it. 3. it falls out of the product holder every time I try to use it.

Really does have a nice cooling effect and temporarily helps with redness. Soothing after a hot shower or hot day
