Eye Tint - Sombra de Ojos

Well deserved hype

I tried this in 12S and 30M and I’m OBSESSED. Before buying, I seriously didn’t get the hype. I thought “what could be so special about an eye tint?” But WOW! I’m someone who loves traditional eyeshadow- I’ve lost count of how many eyeshadow palettes I have. But these have quickly become a staple in my makeup routine. 1) they’re so easy to travel with and you don’t have to worry about them shattering like pressed eyeshadow. 2) they blend like a DREAM and are so buttery soft. 3) they’re so lightweight on the eyes and don’t emphasize fine lines or crease. 4) the staying power is truly incredible. 5) the shimmer shades (I used 12S) can be blended with a brush or you can apply it directly on the lid and let it dry for a pigmented look. 6) they’re so easy to work with and it makes it even easier because you can control the placement so easily. You can start off with a small amount and blend or swipe it across the whole lid and pat it in/ let it dry for more pigment. I was hesitant about why these are so popular but after trying them, I totally understand the hype.

No creasing! Good staying power - 4.5 stars

I love this eyeshadow. Since trying it, it’s all I wear. It goes on so easily! No rigging, blends beautifully. It does not crease on these 43 year old seriously hooded eyelids even after all day wear. The only thing that I think could be improved upon is the staying power. It does stay tight n! But it fades noticeably by the end of the day. However, if it stayed on like cement, I’m sure it would feel so nice and blend so well. I wanted to give it 4.5 stars but that is not an option and I think rating this 4 stars would be a disservice.

Did not stay on. Not worth the price. Sephoras brand stays on better!

Cashew too Warm

This is a really blendable product and the formula isn’t bad for the price I expected more. Cashew is super warm and orange. If you’re neutral or cool skinned, it won’t look nice on you.

Great but pricy

I really love this product, I just wish the price tag wasn’t so steep. I use this everyday and I feel like it will run out after about 3 months of use. That’s not a bad amount of product but definitely adds up with the

RETURNED** I don’t understand the hype on this one. Looked dry and dull on my eyes. Blended ok but not amazingly. And I don’t have dry eyelids or anything. I will say I have a shimmery one that I do reach for sometimes though but the matte version is not for me.

Must buy

My favorite eyeshadow- no mess, easily buildable for deeper color, and smooth feeling. I’m slowly buying all the shades I can.

I was hesitant because I have oily eyelids. But this lasted around 5 hours for me straight from the tube with no primer or prep! Color is beautiful and easy to blend.

Dries patchy & uneven

I really tried to love this product. The color is nice, but it goes on patchy. I tried using makeup brushes and then tried using my finger only, but no matter what the color looked a bit patchy and creased (I don't have oily lids).

Still fresh in the PM

Exceptional product. Goes on so smoothly and dries perfectly. It lasted all day keeping a fresh look.
