I wear a full face daily and this removes all my makeup I dont need to use makeup remover alongside it!! I can also use this to shave my face too. It's completely multifunctional and removed all my make in just one wash!! It's so hydrating and non stripping too. I love first aid beauty so much whenever I use another brand I break out quickly

Great wash, Bad design

Love this face wash. It’s the only one I’ll use. No scent, cleans well, and washed off completely without leaving any residue behind. That said, the pump is awful. Just getting it to the “open position” is a chore (and sometimes actually breaks) and there is almost a delayed reaction when pumping the product causing you to pump out more than you need. The value for the ounces you get is great, but not worth the frustration of broken pumps and wasted product.

Hate the pump, love the cleanser

This is my go to cleanser, washing off my sunscreen and keeping my face clean. I've had 4 bottles of this and every single time I get this jumbo cleanser, the pump to open is so difficult to open or breaks. There was a time where I did successfully open it easily but I fully opened the bottle to get more and then once I closed the bottle back, the pump no longer worked. Please change the pump mechanism used for jumbo cleanser. I hate it

Okay Cleanser

It’s an okay cleanser, doesn’t fully remove makeup and it says it won’t leave your skin feeling tight and dry when it does

Outstanding

I have mild to moderate rosacea and this cleanser has really helped to even out my tone, brighten my skin and truly clean but leave my skin feeling soft and moisturized at the same time. I've only been using this for two weeks but I think this really might be my holy grail. I'll keep buying this!

BURNED MY EYES!!!

DO NOT GET NEAR YOUR EYES. Horribly burned my eyes!!!!! It says use on all areas of the face. There is nothing that says DO NOT GET NEAR EYES.

Really nice cleanser

I have very dry and sensitive skin and this product has not irritated it in any way. It actually cleanses the skin unlike a lot of other cleansers marketed towards dry and sensitive skin which I like. It feels really pleasant to use and lathers up nicely.

Faulty Pump on 11oz product

Love this product, but upon receiving the 11oz size, the pump doesn't work! Very hard to get the product out of this container, the squeeze bottle is much more straightforward
