Do not buy!

This product is so bad I created a “nickname” just to leave a review. First, it smells absolutely awful! Honestly, the smell is so bad I don’t know how people use this on their face. Second, for “clean it lit my face on fire. Within minutes my entire face and neck were breaking out. I had to take allergy medicine for a week and a week is how long it took to clear up. Also, that week was my for convention with a new company. So, I had to pile makeup on face just to look kind of presentable. Thanks merit. on fire

Hard Pass

I love Merit, but this smells like hair bleach and instantly gave me a headache.

Um. What IS that smell?

Generally I like the formula, it has a smooth silky texture and dries/absorbs quickly. However, it has a TERRIBLE chemical smell. I’m not sure if I got a bad one or what, but I cannot stand the scent.

Love the Merit Serum and Moisturizer!

Loving the Merit Great Skin Instant Glow Serum, combined with their Great Skin Priming and Firming Moisturizer. They both go on like a dream, absorb well, and leave the prettiest glow without being greasy (especially on my 65yr old skin). Definitely recommend!

Glad for this sample

Got as a sample otherwise l may never had tried this. Folllow directions...apply make up soon after applying this product. When I smile I don't have a bunch of lines gathering up but instead i see a smooth look. Make sure you don't put too much on. Keep trying different amounts at a time

Horrible smell

The formula didn’t do much for my skin. The real problem is the smell is awful. This product smells like a Clorox wipe.

Good basic moisturizer

A great simple moisturizer, pretty light and a great scent.

Brilliant

This is excellent. It feels thick and luxurious but absorbs easily and leaves no grease. It’s really great as a makeup base or without. I’ve had no bad reaction and I like the lightweight plastic pump bottle. It looks beautiful and understated too. I chose this blind without reading any reviews and I love it. What a great find.

Great on skin but icky smell

A daily product that’s made all the difference

After trying several primers, this is my absolute favorite. It glides on smoothly and has a soothing lotion scent, like my Lubriderm when I put it on. Feels great on my skin. Never going back to another.

Want to know what the smell is?

I bought this along with the Uniform when they both made their debut this year. I thought the smell was weird and didn't know what it was. Then just a few weeks ago, I rediscovered my tube of IALUSET. There was that smell again. IALUSET is mainly hyaluronic (sp?) acid. That may be it! I like the product - 3 stars because of the price.

Eh.... not the best

Smell is super overwhelming - and not in a good way. Smells like hair salon chemicals; not sure if I love the idea of whatever is causing it to smell that way sitting on my skin all day. For the price I am not thrilled with the product...
