And it is very easy to apply and it is kinda black but not very pigmented. But after a couple hours it fades to gray and doesn't last so I have to cake the eyeliner on every few hours. 🙄

I do like the way this eyeliner applies so easily and I like the precision tip; however, the product claims say it's waterproof. My eyes tend to water at times due to allergies and as soon as any moisture gets near it, it comes right off. There is NOTHING waterproof about this. You don't even need make-up remover to remove it...............just a little bit of water.
