This is the best cream or oil I have ever used, it’s lovely for the lengths of my hair and perfect for dry/ and Wet hair. My hair wishes for a llifetime prescription. It’s that good!

Obsessed with this hair oil!

I love this hair oil so much, it smells amazing and helps keep frizz away! I use both at night when my hair is damp and also in the mornings on dry hair to keep it looking smooth and shiny. I will always repurchase this!

The Smell is Overpowering

Unfortunately, the smell of this product is very strong and it’s not good. I am not sensitive to scented products & enjoy a nice scent to my hair products, but this smells like a mix between perfume a 95 year old woman would like to be buried in & baby diapers 😩 the texture of the product is nice (not sticky) and the bottle & pump are good quality, but for a high end product I would hope for a less ridiculous scent.

Regenerating serum

Love this product, I use along with the regenerating hair mask. It makes my hair look and feel great.

Changed formula with cheaper ingredients

Unfortunately as other reviewers have noted, this new formula is NOT the same as the OG formula, which I loooved using. There is now barely any prickly pear seed oil in the formula and my hair no longer looks amazing using this. I have to search for new hair mask now !!

Terrible smell, doesn’t deliver

This product has a very heavy and (in my opinion) unpleasant smell. It made my hair feel tacky/sticky/hard and did not deliver intended results. Very disappointing

Does not smell like Prickly Pear at all!

First off, HATE the smell. It’s like floral old lady perfume and baby powder. I thought it was supposed to be Prickly Pear (which is my fave margarita flavor) but I don’t get that scent at all. I’m really big on smells. I prefer Moroccan oil and Coco and Eve hair masks. Aside from the smell, it’s not a good hair mask. Just make sure to leave on long enough, and really use a lot of product and rinse super well!

This is not the cult favorite original formula

Bought this when I was running out of my old one and thought that they had just changed the packaging. When I used it, my hair felt horrible. Waxy, heavy and dry. I dug out my old jar and compared the ingredients and they were completely different. Many of the ingredients were replaced by cheaper chemical ones or were moved to the bottom of ingredient the list, so in lesser amounts. Couldn't figure out why Christophe Robin would change the formula of this cult status mask. After some research, I discovered Christopher Robin sold his company to corporation that buys out luxury brands. Their mission statement on the purchase was that they wanted to lower the price of his products and mass produce to make it more accessible for people. In other words they replaced the high quality ingredients to make a cheaper product to increase their profits. All the positive reviews are for the original product, not this imposter.

BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA

The old version of this mask was HOLY GRAIL, and now unfortunately it's not. I've used most hair masks and nothing compared to the old version of this mask. Very sad that it doesn't work as well. No longer worth the price point. The old one actually made my hair look and feel healthier. This one is no better than any other average hair mask.

So soft but not my favorite scent at all

Definitely 100% leaves my hair very soft. The smell is so bad. Smells exactly like what some might call “old lady.” Not a fresh clean scent at all. At least the scent isn’t overpowering, it’s somewhat light. I got this in a fab fit fun box and I might buy it again since it definitely moisturizes and softens. Would be awesome if they could work on changing the scent somehow.

Curly girls dream

Wholly smokes. This mask is absolutely amazing. I got it in my FabFitFun box. This is a curly girls dream. I have a mixture of 3B/3A high porosity hair. This gives me the moisture I need, and leaves my curls so soft. Don’t recommend for anyone less then 3A hair. As it will be too heavy for you.
