My favorite but….

I love this product. I know everyone has a varied preference based on how they prefer their brows to look. This product works for me. The 4 stars given instead of 5 is solely based on the fact that it is a finicky product. If the product is exposed to too much heat during shipping (to personal residence or store) the product degrades. You can tell the product is not good anymore based on appearance. It should be clear but if the product is cloudy it’s bad. I have had to return quite a few and struggled to find viable alternatives in store. Otherwise I love this product. It works best for me to apply it let it dry then sculpt and shade.

I love it!

I have thick coarse brows- so it no surprise that no gel holds it in place. But this gel is a game changer! I never double dip in the pot, or put my spoolie in (more small bristle area for bacterial growth). I have had no issues. I would repurchase!

Mostly effective

To apply, I scoop out a tiny bit of product with the back end of a spoolie brush and put on the back of my hand, then I roll the spoolie across the wax on my hand. The wax seems to keep MOST of the hairs in place, but is not effective against some of the very stubborn hairs. Overall, I like it though and I think it also darkens the hairs to make my sparse brows stand out more.

Stays on & Helps Make Brows Clean Lines

I was looking for something clear as the pomade I have doesn’t stay. I like that my brows do not move and I can use with the brow wiz pencil (soft brown).

ABH Brow Freeze

I got this in an Ipsy box and was very excited to give it a try but wanted to finish the other brow product I was using first and after a month I went to dig into it this morning to finally use it and it was LIQUID!? Sad I never even got to use it… and after this experience I am really not gonna go out of my way to buy another one.

I love this. But if you don't like a STRONG inflexible hold it's not for you. Can flake sometimes and leave like....ugly little pieces if not applied with care.

WHERE did the HOLD go? This broke me out.

I used this product for years. I love a laminated brow look. I repurchased this a few months back and came to the conclusion that it was breaking out the skin under and around my brows. I stopped using it and my skin cleared up. I tried it again for one day and the breakout came right back. I loved this product for years, but I cannot continue to use this. I really wonder if this was reformulated. The hold is not as good and the breakouts, I have to move on. I’d love any suggestions one leads.

Good enough in general.

I have thick eyebrows and so this clear, wax-based styling gel designed to shape, set, and hold brows in place is just exactly for me. It’s not just for me that it is easy to use. Even though it is called “Wax” I don’t feel like there is any oil in it. Love it and still living with it.
