This product does exactly what it says it will do! I’m getting laser hair removal on my chin and upper lip, and had to start shaving to prepare. My face was so irritated because of it, regular moisturizers just irritated it even more. I decided to try this, and wow! I also used it after my first treatment and it helped soothe the skin then too. And the best part, it doesn’t make me break out!

Saved my dry, reactive skin

This product is truly amazing. My skin was stripped and chemically over-sensitized from using products that were too harsh for my skin. This calmed my skin down remarkably, and is incredible at healing and rejuvenating reactive skin and deeply moisturizing without feeling too heavy. It’s also amazing under makeup and leaves a beautiful dewy glow. A bedtime and morning skin routine MUST.

Great for sensitive skin

I love this product. It is extremely gentle. I bought it after I had trouble with pimples on my face and stripped back my skincare routine to just cleanser and this. It worked a treat and would really recommend to anyone. The tube has lasted me 6 weeks so far.

This is such a holy grail product. I Googled what to use on retinol burns and this was #1 recommended. I’ve been dealing with retinol burns for a little over a week now & have been applying aquaphor on it with very little difference. In 24 HOURS, I can already see 75% difference in the dry flaky areas.

This is absolutely fantastic for super dry skin. I was devastated when Kiehl's discontinued the Ultra Facial Deep Balm and ended up trying at least two subpar replacements. After more research, I settled on this cream. I have extremely (EXTREMELY) dry, sensitive skin. I also have rosacea. For a point of reference, Cerave products make my skin burn. This moisturizer is amazing - it is incredibly hydrating without being greasy and it does wonders for my redness and sensitivity. If you are not very dry, this will probably not be the right product for you. Now I'm just waiting for Kiehl's to discontinue this one too since I love it so much. *eye roll* BUT...I do love it more than the Ultra Facial Deep Balm. Color me shocked!

Feels great!

My husband has been using this for a couple of years! He has a sensitive skin and used to get lots of broken capillaries. This products calms down his skin and prevents new ones from coming out.

I have really sensitive skin and this cream has been great! It doesn’t irritate my skin or leave a ‘tingly’ sensation like other creams have done. I also no longer use primer before makeup since this acts as a nice base and really smooths out my skin!

Great for fixing your face

Whenever there's something wrong with my skin I put this on morning and night and it makes my face feel much better within 3 days. I bought this when my face became so dry in London it began to peel and burn and within 3 days everything got better. It helps me out when I'm breaking out, when my skin needs extra moisture, and when I'm feeling funky! It's expensive so I tend to only use it when I need it, especially in winter months and it is worth every penny!

Glad I tried it!

I was on a trip and didn’t have my normal moisturizer with me (R&F) so I needed to find something I could get in a store that wouldn’t send my skin into a hissy fit since it’s very sensitive. The purchase was at a Kiehl’s and I hadn’t used their line before, but I needed something. So glad I tried this product. It is thicker than my normal moisturizer but doesn’t leave me feeling sticky or like it is too heavy. It goes on well and no issues with sensitivity whatsoever. I like that it is in a tube rather than a jar too. I can see this easily becoming part of my routine going forward.
